Oh Laura..
Now you are talking to ME!!
I love the feeling..
of gentle sea breezes..
softly kissing my cheeks..
tasting the salt of mingled..
tears and delight..
as I dance the day away..
beneath the swaying palms..
this one truly TALKS to me..
warm hugs..laughing smiles..

I posted the "Holiday" version of this to my Women of a Certain Age blog last night. It fit my mood perfectly.

I can feel the breeze!

I would ask "What is paradise?" like in the Emily Dickson poem. The painting has a singular feeling of calmness, as well as the calm wind which blows. The blue sea and the white sky. It's a beauty. Love. Joana

I missed this one! This has a solitary feel. I like my alone time, I can see myself sitting on the sand, leaning up against the palm with a book in one hand and a flavored tea in the other!
